Commitment

The 4-Week Power Pipeline Sprint is a done-with-you group programme. Pete Tarbuck acts as your mentor and guide throughout. You are responsible for completing the work, which includes attending the live group sessions, completing assigned tasks, and actively sending outreach as directed.

You are expected to carry out the daily outreach and tasks as directed for the full four weeks. This is not a done-for-you service. Results depend on your active participation. LeadMagpie Ltd cannot guarantee specific outcomes beyond the conditions set out in Clause 03.

Payment

The sprint is offered on a rising price ladder during a limited enrolment window. The amount payable is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout, from £497 up to £1,247 depending on when you buy within that window. This is a single one-off payment for the full four-week sprint. It is not a subscription and not an instalment plan.

You are buying a place in a specific cohort with a fixed start date. Once the sprint has started, your place is booked and the payment is non-refundable. If something serious comes up before the sprint begins, speak to Pete and he will do what is fair.

The guarantee

LeadMagpie Ltd guarantees that you will be making offers to qualified prospects within 30 days of the programme commencing, subject to the conditions in Clause 04 and the definition agreed under Clause 05.

If this outcome is not achieved within the 30-day period and all conditions have been met, Pete Tarbuck will continue to work with you under the same programme structure, at no additional charge, for up to a further 30 days (60 days in total from the start date). This continuation is an extension of the original engagement, not a new programme. Pete Tarbuck is your mentor and guide throughout. He is not your permanent coach.

Guarantee conditions

The guarantee applies only where all of the following conditions are met throughout the programme:

• Attendance at a minimum of 3 out of 4 live group sessions
• Completion of all assigned tasks within the timeframes set
• Active daily outreach as directed, with evidence of messages sent when requested
• Acting on Pete's guidance and feedback throughout

If any of these conditions are not met, the guarantee is void. LeadMagpie Ltd's assessment of whether the conditions have been met is final.

Definition of a qualified prospect and an offer

What counts as a "qualified prospect" and an "offer" is agreed between you and Pete Tarbuck at the onboarding stage, based on your business context, your ideal client profile, and the offer you sell. This definition is recorded in writing at that point.

It cannot be changed after the programme has commenced. Making an offer to a prospect who meets the agreed definition constitutes fulfilment of the guarantee, regardless of any subsequent changes to your business goals or expectations.

Group conduct and confidentiality

This is a group programme. In the course of it you may see information about other participants and their businesses. You agree to keep that information confidential, not to share it outside the group, and not to solicit or misuse it.

LeadMagpie Ltd reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme without refund if they are found to be consistently non-engaging, disruptive, or in breach of these terms. In such cases the guarantee is also void.

Intellectual property

All templates, systems, frameworks and materials provided remain the intellectual property of LeadMagpie Ltd. They may not be reproduced, resold or shared without written permission.

Data and privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required to deliver the programme or by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
